Nashville Office Profile

Stephen Brink joined the firm in 1999 after nearly 15 years with a large national mortgage banking firm.  He is a licensed attorney and real estate broker.  Tracy Ayers joined the firm in 1999 after six years with a large national mortgage banking firm and has a broad range of commercial real estate lending experience, including three years specializing in HUD and FHA lending.  She holds an affiliate broker's license for the state of Tennessee.  Mike Ridinger joined the firm in 1999 and has a real estate lending background, having spent time with a regional banking institution and most recently with a national mortgage REIT.
